Fabricate and install raw material, resin and vent piping associated with new putty line expansion. Assist in design/layout of associated systems and tie in all new equipment. 6,700 manhours.

Fabricate and install piping systems for new plant drum filter process. This project was TIG heavy, installing primarily Sch 10 Stainless pipe ranging from 2-16”. This new process increases the plants production capacity while removing contaminants and debris from the recycle pulping process. Project was completed over 9 months with multiple tie-in outages. 8,500 manhours.

Install compressors and approx. 5,000 lf of plant air system for new greenfield manufacturing facility. Tied in associated die cast machines and tooling. Install new natural gas header. Fabricate and install new aluminum melter vent piping. 4,000 manhours.
